Troubleshooting
Water temperature is inconsistent.
Ensure the GROHE TurboStat thermostat is functioning correctly. Check for any blockages in the water supply lines or filters. Verify that the mixed water temperature is not being affected by other hot or cold water usage in the house.
Low water pressure from shower heads.
Check if the GROHE EcoJoy flow restrictor is present and functioning as expected. Inspect the shower heads and hose for any limescale buildup or blockages. Ensure main water supply valves are fully open and water pressure from the mains is adequate.
Hand shower or overhead shower not switching correctly.
Verify that the diverter mechanism on the thermostatic trim is clean and free from debris. Ensure the water flow is sufficient to activate the diverter.
Grohtherm mixer is difficult to operate.
The thermostatic mixer might have accumulated mineral deposits. Consult the manual for cleaning instructions or contact a professional plumber. Ensure the escutcheon plate is properly aligned and not obstructing the handle.
