Troubleshooting

Flash not firing

Ensure the flash is turned on, fully charged, and properly mounted on your camera's hot shoe or connected via the sync cable. Also, check that your camera is set to a compatible flash sync mode. Try a different camera or hot shoe to see if the problem persists.

Flash power is too weak

Increase the flash power setting using the power dial. Ensure the subject is within the flash's effective range and reduce the distance between the flash and subject.

Flash is not syncing

Make sure your camera's hot shoe is clean and making proper contact. Try using the sync cable and ensure it's securely connected to both the camera and the flash.

Flash is slow to recycle

Allow the flash to fully charge between shots. Avoid firing the flash at maximum power repeatedly. Make sure the battery is fully charged.

Images are overexposed

Reduce the flash power setting. Increase the camera's shutter speed or close down the aperture. Move the flash further away from the subject.
