These rollers are designed for standard shower systems using 23mm wheels; please measure your existing rollers before purchase.
Yes, each of the 4 rollers comes with its own M6*12mm screw.
Yes, the nylon and copper construction is built to withstand high humidity environments.
Each set contains 4 individual shower door rollers.
Typically, you only need a standard screwdriver to remove the old rollers and secure the new ones.
Nylon provides a smooth, low-friction glide and prevents metal-on-metal noise and track damage.
Check that the wheel is fully seated in the guide rail and that the door is level; adjust the M6 screw tension as needed.
Verify that your existing glass hole diameter is compatible with the 23mm wheel assembly; do not force the component.
To install, first carefully remove the existing shower door from its frame and lay it on a flat, protected surface. Unscrew the damaged roller using a screwdriver, ensuring you do not apply excessive torque to the glass mount. Insert the new 23mm roller and secure it using the provided M6*12mm screws. Ensure the wheel is correctly seated in the track before re-hanging the door. For maintenance, wipe the wheels periodically with a soft, damp cloth to remove soap scum or mineral deposits, which can impede movement over time. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on the nylon wheels, as this may degrade the material.
