FAQs
What makes the 'no-twist design' special?
The no-twist design refers to the way the yarns are constructed. It allows the fabric to dry more quickly and resist developing musty odors compared to traditional looped terry cloth.
Is this towel suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, the Divante Bath Sheet is made with high-quality, soft materials designed to be gentle on the skin. However, always test new fabrics if you have extreme sensitivities.
Can I use bleach to clean tough stains?
We do not recommend using bleach, as it can damage the fibers and affect the color of the towel, reducing its lifespan and softness.
How often should I wash my bath sheet?
It is generally recommended to wash bath sheets after every 3-4 uses, or more frequently if used in a humid environment or if it becomes soiled.
What are the dimensions of the Bath Sheet Deluxe?
The Bath Sheet Deluxe is exceptionally large. Specific dimensions can be found on the product packaging or the retailer's product page.
Are the matching hand and body towels sold separately?
Yes, the matching hand and body towels are available separately, allowing you to build your preferred set.
Will the blue color fade over time?
The blue color is designed to be colorfast, but like all dyed fabrics, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and harsh washing can cause some fading. Following the care instructions will help maintain the color's vibrancy.
Troubleshooting
Towel feels less soft after washing.
Avoid using fabric softeners and excessive detergent. Ensure the towel is thoroughly rinsed. Consider a gentle tumble dry to restore fluffiness.
Towel takes too long to dry.
Ensure the towel is not overloaded in the washing machine. Check that the dryer settings are appropriate (low heat is recommended). Verify that air circulation is adequate when air drying.
Slight color bleed on first wash.
Wash the blue towel separately or with similar dark colors for the first few washes to prevent any minor color transfer.
Musty odor developing.
Ensure the towel is fully dried after each use. Wash the towel promptly if left damp. Utilize the quick-drying properties of the no-twist design.
