Full details

The QHP Grazing Muzzle with Nostrils is an excellent tool for restricting your horse's grass intake, which can help manage weight or prevent illnesses such as laminitis and colic. This muzzle allows your horse to graze while preventing overeating. It features special recesses that allow the nostrils to move freely, ensuring your horse is comfortable and can breathe without restriction. This grazing muzzle includes a ring for attaching a lead rope and is adjustable at the cheekpieces and crown piece for a secure fit. It is padded for comfort and has a secure snap closure at the throat lash and a Hook-and-loop fastener at the crown piece that opens under high pressure to prevent the horse from getting stuck. Composition: Polyurethane, polypropylene, neoprene. Hardware: Zinc. The grazing muzzle helps your horse or pony eat less grass and is ideal for insulin-resistant or overweight horses. The horse can go out to pasture but doesn't consume too much grass. The forward indentations allow the nostrils to move freely. It includes a ring for attaching a lead rope, an adjustable muzzle and headpiece, soft padding at the headpiece, and a Velcro closure at the headpiece that opens under high pressure, ensuring the horse doesn't get stuck. It is also equipped with a snap button closure.
