Troubleshooting

Resolva Xtra Clean not removing algae/mould

Ensure the surface remains damp for the recommended time as per the product instructions. For stubborn stains, a second application may be necessary. Avoid scrubbing, as the product is designed to work without it.

Weeds not dying after applying Path & Drive Weedkiller

The weedkiller is contact-acting. Ensure direct contact with the weed's foliage. Very mature or perennial weeds might require repeat applications. Apply on a calm, dry day to prevent wash-off.

Product not spraying correctly

Check that the spray nozzle is properly attached and not blocked. Clear any obstructions from the nozzle tip. Ensure the trigger mechanism is functioning correctly.

Pet safety concerns

Once the treated surface is dry, Resolva Xtra Clean is pet safe. Ensure the area is completely dry before allowing pets to walk on it. While the weedkiller is bee-friendly, it's best to keep pets away from treated areas until dry.
