Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your S40 Pro is straightforward via the Xiaomi Home app. Ensure the charging base is placed on a level surface with adequate clearance on either side. Once connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, the app allows for custom scheduling, no-go zone creation, and cleaning mode selection. The device is also compatible with voice assistants including Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free control.
For care, the vacuum’s components are designed for easy maintenance. The roller brush should be inspected occasionally to ensure the end-cap seals remain clear of debris. Rinse the mop pads as needed and ensure the 310ml water tank is emptied if you plan to store the unit for an extended period. The bagless 0.43L dust container should be emptied after every few cycles to maintain consistent suction power.
