Troubleshooting
Ornament keeps slipping off the tree branch
Ensure you are using a strong, high-quality ornament hook and loop it around a thicker, more stable branch near the trunk.
Visible dust or water spots on the shiny bauble
Use a microfiber cloth to gently buff the surface; do not use liquid glass cleaners as they may cause streaking.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your baubles last through many holiday seasons, follow these guidelines:
- Setup: Use sturdy ornament hooks or ribbons to secure the baubles to branches. Given their size, ensure the branch is thick enough to support the weight.
- Compatibility: These are compatible with standard artificial and real Christmas trees, wreaths, and large decorative bowls.
- Care: Wipe the surfaces gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or chemicals that could strip the matte or shiny finishes. Store in a cool, dry box away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
