This cutting-edge interchangeable lens, the LUMIX G X VARIO PZ 45-175mm/F4.0-5.6 ASPH./POWER O.I.S. (H-PS45175), offers electric-powered zoom operation and is part of Panasonic's premium "X" lens brand for LUMIX G Micro System cameras. It boasts superb image rendering with lifelike textures, crisp edge-to-edge contrast, and a unique Nano Surface Coating to minimize ghosting and flaring. The lens features an industry-first Multi-Actuator Floating Inner Focus System for a compact size and weight, while maintaining high descriptive performance across its 45-175mm zoom range (35mm equivalent: 90-350mm). It also includes two ED lenses to suppress chromatic aberration. Panasonic's Nano Surface Coating significantly reduces reflections for clearer images. An inner focus system driven by a stepping motor ensures smooth operation and supports Light Speed AF of approximately 0.15 seconds. The aperture control is also improved, reducing shutter time lag.
