The Mitre Solo Close Control and Skills Football Training Aid is the fastest, easiest way to work on your skills, without the frustrating ball-retrieval bits. Practice shooting, passing and ball control whenever & wherever you like. It features an adjustable design with a 5 ft stretch cord and adjustable clip to vary your training and practice even in smaller spaces, making it a necessity for any young footballer looking to learn the game or improve their skills. The easy to use design has a Velcro strap that attaches to your wrist, allowing for hands-free use so you can focus on training and not on losing your ball. Purchase multiple for team training sessions or one for individual backyard use. The adjustable strap allows size 3, 4 or 5 footballs to be used with this essential, making it a great gift for football-loving kids. The ball is not included. Mitre is the world's original sports brand, with nearly 200 years of passion for the game, valuing innovation and ensuring durable products always deliver. This training tool helps players develop confidence and improve their skills without having to retrieve the ball. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, where space is limited.
