This model is optimized for wood pellets to achieve the necessary high heat and airflow; charcoal may not produce the same temperature range.
Once preheated to the target temperature, a thin-crust pizza typically cooks in 60 to 90 seconds.
No, you should never put the pizza stone in the dishwasher. Wipe it clean with a dry cloth or scrape off burnt debris once cooled.
The oven weighs 9.3 kg, making it manageable for transport with the included carrying bag.
It is recommended to use the oven on a non-flammable, heat-resistant surface or a fireproof mat to ensure safety.
Ensure the chimney cap is open to promote airflow and verify that the fuel pellets are dry and high-quality.
Check that the ventilation is not blocked and ensure the burner tray is not overfilled, which can smother the flame.
Setup is straightforward: attach the chimney, place the pizza stone inside the chamber, and ensure the oven is on a heat-resistant, stable surface. For maintenance, allow the unit to cool completely before removing the ash tray. Clean the stainless steel exterior with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to prevent discoloration. Always brush the pizza stone clean after use and avoid using water or soap on it, as the porous material will absorb the moisture. When moving or storing, use the provided carry bag to protect the finish from scratches.
