Diorshow Overvolume Waterproof Mascara - DIOR - 9734562

The '48-hour' claim refers to the mascara's ability to resist smudging and flaking for up to two full days after proper application, assuming no excessive rubbing or exposure to harsh conditions that could compromise the waterproof seal.

While formulated for performance, individuals with sensitive eyes should always perform a patch test before full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. A gentle, dedicated waterproof makeup remover is crucial for sensitive eyes.

It is generally not recommended to use oil-based or waterproof mascaras, including this one, with eyelash extensions as they can break down the adhesive. Consult with your lash technician for compatible products.

Ensure you are applying the mascara from the root to the tip of each lash, using a slight wiggling motion at the base. The brush is designed to separate and lift, so precise application at the root is key.

The wand should not typically be cleaned. To maintain product integrity, avoid pumping the wand in and out of the tube. If the wand becomes excessively messy, it may indicate the product is old or compromised.

Product formulations can vary. For the most accurate ingredient information, please refer to the official DIOR product packaging or website.

Ensure lashes are clean and dry before application. Apply coats sparingly and allow them to dry slightly between applications. Avoid pumping the wand into the tube, as this can introduce air and dry out the product.

Ensure a proper coat has been applied and allowed to dry fully. For best results, use an eye primer before mascara application. Ensure the mascara tube is not old, as dried-out formulas are more prone to flaking.

Use a specialized waterproof eye makeup remover. Apply it to a cotton pad, hold it gently over closed eyes for 10-15 seconds to let the product dissolve the mascara, then gently wipe away. Avoid harsh rubbing.

The product may be old or have been exposed to air. Try adding a drop or two of saline solution or contact lens solution to the tube and swirling gently. If the product is too old, it may be time to replace it.
