Setup, Compatibility & Care
To prepare the mask for use, remove it from the packaging and allow it to air out in a well-ventilated area for 24 hours to dissipate any residual manufacturing odors. If the mask arrives slightly misshapen from shipping, you can gently stuff it with tissue paper or a soft towel and leave it in a warm room; the heat will help the rubber regain its intended shape. To clean the mask, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging the mask in water, as moisture trapped inside the rubber can encourage mold growth. Always store the mask in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can degrade the rubber over time.
