FAQs

What is a gabion basket and why is it used for this bench?

A gabion basket is a wire cage filled with rocks or gravel. For this bench, it serves as a stable, durable, and customizable base that adds a unique architectural element.

Do I need to buy rocks or gravel for the gabion base?

Yes, the rocks or gravel needed to fill the gabion basket are not included with the bench. You will need to source these materials separately.

What is the weight limit for the bench seat?

Each seat on the bench has a maximum weight capacity of 110 kg.

Is the wood treated or untreated?

Troubleshooting

Bench wobbles after assembly

Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened. Check that the gabion basket is filled evenly and the ground surface is level.

Wood appears to be weathering quickly

The pine wood is untreated. Apply an appropriate outdoor wood sealant or stain as recommended in the care instructions. Reapply periodically.

Gabion basket mesh seems loose

Verify that all pre-welded connections are secure. Ensure the filling material is packed densely enough to provide internal support.

Assembly instructions are unclear

Review the provided assembly manual carefully. Look for online video tutorials if available, or contact customer support for clarification on specific steps.
