While the material is designed for summer use, please check the interior label for specific UPF ratings if sun safety is your primary concern.

Troubleshooting
The cap fit feels loose during activity
Verify that the rear elastic cord lock is fully clicked into place. Adjust the tension until firm but comfortable.
Fabric has become soiled from trail dust
Rinse thoroughly with cold water and use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dirt from the nylon fibers.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your AWE Summer Cap lasts for seasons to come, follow these care guidelines:
- Fitting: Adjust the rear elastic cord to sit comfortably against the back of your skull. Ensure the lock is snapped shut to maintain tension.
- Cleaning: Hand wash the cap in cool water using a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach which may degrade the nylon material.
- Drying: Air dry the cap away from direct sunlight to preserve the color vibrancy. Do not tumble dry, as the heat can warp the brim and damage the adjustment hardware.
- Storage: When not in use, avoid folding the brim sharply. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew or fabric odor.
