Contact customer support immediately; if production has not begun, they may be able to assist, though changes cannot be guaranteed.
Ensure the candle burns long enough for the entire top surface of the wax to become molten during the first use.
Wipe the inside of the jar gently with a damp, lint-free cloth after the glass has completely cooled.
Upon purchasing, you will receive an automated email containing a link to provide your custom text. Ensure your spelling is accurate as the engraver processes the text exactly as entered. For safety, always place the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains, or flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it out of reach of children and pets. When cleaning the jar for reuse, avoid using harsh abrasive scrubs that might scratch the exterior engraving.
