Troubleshooting
Table or chairs wobble after assembly.
Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely. Check that the legs are correctly aligned with their designated fittings. If wobbling persists, ensure the table and chairs are on a level surface.
Surface of the table is marked or scratched.
For minor marks, try a damp cloth. For superficial scratches on the melamine, a melamine repair pen or specific wood effect repair kit might be effective, but test in an inconspicuous area first. Always use placemats and coasters to prevent future damage.
Chair seat feels uncomfortable after prolonged use.
The padded seats are designed for everyday comfort. Ensure the seat padding has not been compressed due to excessive weight or improper use. Regular rotation of chair use can help distribute wear.
