Water leaking during use
Empty the dirty water tank if it has reached its maximum capacity. Ensure all seals on the tank are clean and secure.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your unit, ensure the clean water tank is filled to the indicated line and securely latched. When cleaning, keep the tool flat against the surface to maximize suction effectiveness. After every session, attach the HydroRinse tool to the hose and run it to flush out any remaining pet hair or debris from the hose line. Empty the dirty water tank immediately after use and rinse it thoroughly to prevent odors. Periodically wipe down the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth and store it in a cool, dry place with the hose loosely coiled to prevent kinks.
