This lightweight and compact one-handed orbital sander is designed for fatigue-free and joint-friendly work with low vibration. It features an ergonomic grip with a soft insert for secure handling and enhanced guidance. The brushless motor offers improved efficiency and a longer lifespan. Electronic controls include speed preselection (4 settings), constant speed control via tachogenerator, soft start, and restart protection, allowing you to match the sanding speed to the material. The hook & loop backing pad with a 12-hole system ensures optimal dust extraction and is compatible with standard abrasives. An E-signal switch enables simple, safe operation with a quick-stop function to prevent backing pad trailing. A disc brake prevents unwanted sanding marks. Effective dust extraction is achieved through an integrated extractor with a filter cartridge. An optional antistatic suction hose (445.045) can be connected. The impact-resistant filter cartridge has an exchangeable PES filter for easy dust disposal or cleaning and maximum service life. It is particularly suitable for overhead work. The kit includes 1x hook-and-loop backing pad and 1x PES microfilter cartridge.
