Chair feels unstable
Ensure the chair is placed on a flat, even surface. Check that the metal frame is properly aligned and that no parts are loose. The chair supports up to 150 kg; ensure the weight limit is not exceeded.
Backrest adjustment is stiff
Gently adjust the backrest, ensuring no obstructions are present. If the mechanism feels tight, try moving it back and forth a few times to loosen it. Avoid forcing the adjustment.
Fabric appears worn or stained
For minor stains, use a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, consult a professional upholstery cleaner or test a small, inconspicuous area with a mild fabric cleaner. Always allow to air dry completely.
