Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure long-term performance, install the tray on a level, solid surface. Because the waste hole is located on the side, ensure your bathroom floor drainage piping aligns with this position before securing the tray. Use a high-quality, mold-resistant silicone sealant around the perimeter where the tray meets the wall to prevent water ingress. For daily maintenance, wipe the tray with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive scourers, as these may dull the slate-effect texture over time. Periodically release the inner waste unit by hand to clear hair or debris from the trap, ensuring the fast-flow mechanism remains unblocked.
