The Sealey TP6805 Lift Action Pump is designed for professional mechanics and workshop managers who require a reliable, heavy-duty solution for manual fluid transfer. Its primary benefit is the durable steel barrel construction that ensures longevity in demanding environments, though users should note it is strictly for non-corrosive fluids and requires manual operation for every transfer.

No, this pump is intended for non-corrosive fluids such as oils and antifreeze only.
The pump is compatible with drums up to 205L.
Each full stroke delivers approximately 0.5L of fluid.
Yes, it includes an adjustable 2 inch BSP adaptor.
The pump features a robust steel barrel construction.
Check the suction tube for air leaks or verify that the dip tube is correctly submerged in the fluid.
Inspect the internal valves for blockages or sediment build-up that may be restricting flow.
Ensure the 2 inch BSP adaptor is properly aligned and clean; do not force the threads to prevent cross-threading.
To set up the TP6805, first adjust the 2 inch BSP adaptor to match your drum's opening size. Insert the dip tube into the drum, ensuring it reaches the bottom for maximum fluid extraction, then secure the pump head onto the bung. To maintain the unit, keep the exterior clean of debris and ensure the suction tube is clear of any particulate matter that could clog the internal valves. Store the pump in an upright position when not in use to prevent residual fluid leakage from the nozzle.
