Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before cutting, it is recommended to pre-wash the fabric at 40 degrees to account for any potential initial shrinkage. Use a standard universal needle (size 70/10 or 80/12) for general sewing, as these are typically sharp enough to pierce the brushed surface without snagging. Use a standard polyester thread that complements either the navy or red tones in the fabric. When storing, keep away from direct sunlight to prevent the vibrant check pattern from fading over time. Always iron on the cotton setting, preferably with steam to remove any wrinkles accumulated during shipping or washing.
