FAQs

What does the kit include?

The Kase Revolution Plus 49mm Pro Kit includes ND8, ND64, ND1000, and CPL filters, the magnetic adapter ring, and a carrying case.

Are the filters waterproof?

The filters are water-resistant, protecting them against light splashes and moisture. They are not designed for submersion.

Can I use these filters with other magnetic filter systems?

These filters are designed to work with the Kase Revolution Plus magnetic system. Compatibility with other systems is not guaranteed.

How do I clean the filters?

Use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe the filter surface. For stubborn marks, you can use a lens cleaning solution.

What is the purpose of the ND filters?

ND (Neutral Density) filters reduce the amount of light entering the lens, allowing for longer shutter speeds or wider apertures in bright conditions.

What is the purpose of the CPL filter?

The CPL (Circular Polarizing) filter reduces glare and reflections, enhancing colours and contrast in your images.

What if I lose the adapter ring?

Contact Kase support or your retailer to purchase a replacement adapter ring.

What is the warranty on the filters?

The Kase Revolution Plus filters typically have a warranty against manufacturing defects. Check with your retailer or Kase for the specific warranty details.

Troubleshooting

Filters are not attaching securely.

Ensure the adapter ring is securely attached to your lens and that the filter is aligned correctly before attaching.

Vignetting is visible in images.

Check if your lens is compatible. Vignetting can be more apparent with wide-angle lenses. Try zooming in slightly or using a different filter combination.

Filters appear blurry.

Clean the filters carefully with a microfiber cloth. Ensure there is no smudging or fingerprints on the glass.
