The unit typically arrives flat-packed for transport but is easy to assemble using the provided steel-to-steel fixings.
The drawers are designed to fit foolscap files specifically.
This product comes with a 5-year warranty period, covering manufacturing defects.
While the castors are designed for mobility, removing them may affect the height and stability; it is recommended to keep them attached.
The unit features a heat-resistant melamine finish, but it is not fireproof.
The unit features 3 drawers, with 1 being a dedicated lockable drawer.
Check the drawer slides for obstructions or debris and ensure the unit is on a level surface.
Ensure the drawer is fully pushed in to engage the locking mechanism properly; do not force the key.
Check that the floor is level and that all castor wheels are securely attached and fully inserted into the base.
Assembly is straightforward thanks to the use of steel-to-steel fixings, which provide a secure structure. Before purchase, verify that your desk is not part of the restricted list: it is specifically not compatible with Impulse 600mm deep desks, Evolve Plus Bench, Impulse Plus Bench, or Oslo series desking. For daily care, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners that could damage the melamine finish, and ensure the castors remain free of debris to maintain smooth mobility.
