This kenable 24 Port Patch Panel Load Bar is designed for network professionals and custom installers needing a flexible solution for integrating various snap-in modules like RJ45 or Audio Video connectors. Its key benefit is providing a single, organized 1U rack-mountable unit for up to 24 modules, simplifying complex patch panel configurations. A potential caveat is that it comes empty, requiring separate purchase of the desired snap-in modules.

This load bar is designed for snap-in style modules approximately 14.5mm in width and 16mm in height. This typically includes standard RJ45 keystone jacks and various Audio Video (AV) snap-in modules.
No, the load bar is supplied empty. You will need to purchase the desired snap-in modules separately to populate the 24 available slots.
The 'Cat5e Ports' designation indicates that the 24 positions are designed to accommodate modules suitable for Cat5e network cabling standards. It serves as a guide for populating the panel with appropriate network connectors.
The cable management bar attaches to the load bar or rack, providing hooks or tie points to organize and secure the cables connected to the rear of the modules, preventing clutter and improving airflow.
Yes, the primary advantage of this load bar is its ability to accommodate a mixed array of compatible snap-in modules, allowing for custom network and AV configurations.
The load bar is designed for 1U rack height and fits standard 19-inch racks.
Verify that the module dimensions are within the specified range (approx. 14.5mm x 16mm) and that the module is oriented correctly for insertion.
Check that all RJ45 modules are properly seated, cables are securely terminated at both ends, and that the loaded modules are compatible with Cat5e standards.
Utilize the provided cable management bar to route and secure cables, ensuring sufficient slack and avoiding sharp bends.
Ensure the rack mounting screws are tightened securely.
