Product Information

Full details

Nails Inc It's Topless 1-Step Gel Nail Polish is designed for individuals seeking a high-performance, time-saving manicure without the complexity of a multi-step routine. By integrating a base coat, treatment, colour, and top coat into a single formula, this polish provides a durable, glossy finish that lasts up to 6 days. While it offers incredible convenience and nourishing benefits for stronger nails, users should be aware that it requires manual air-drying rather than UV-lamp curing, which may take longer than professional salon gels.

FAQs

Do I need a base coat with this polish?

No, the formula includes a built-in base coat to protect the nail and improve adhesion.

Can I use a UV lamp to speed up drying?

This formula is designed to air dry naturally. Using a UV lamp is not required and may not be effective with this specific chemical composition.

How many coats should I apply?

One thin coat provides a sheerer finish, while two thin coats will provide full colour opacity and maximum gloss.

Is the formula safe for brittle nails?

Yes, it contains a nourishing treatment specifically designed to help improve nail strength and quality.

How long will the bottle stay fresh?

When kept tightly sealed and away from heat, the formula remains effective for standard cosmetic use cycles.

Troubleshooting

Polish taking too long to dry

Ensure that you are applying very thin coats. Thick layers trap solvent and take significantly longer to air dry.

Polish chipping prematurely

Clean the nail plate with rubbing alcohol before application to remove natural oils that prevent adhesion.

Streaking during application

Use long, smooth strokes and avoid over-working the polish once it begins to set.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Significantly faster application process
No expensive UV/LED lamp required
Improves nail health with built-in treatment
Excellent glossy finish and durability

Cons

Air-drying time is longer than gel curing
Not compatible with professional UV-curing methods
Wear time may vary based on nail health and prep

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No specialized equipment is needed for this polish, making it a highly accessible choice. To maintain the life of the product, always wipe the neck of the bottle with a polish remover after use to prevent the cap from sticking. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve the integrity of the treatment oils. If the formula appears thick, avoid adding harsh solvents, as this may compromise the 4-in-1 chemical balance.
