Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Before first use, wash the pans in warm, soapy water and dry them thoroughly. While the pans are naturally non-stick, seasoning with a very light coating of vegetable oil before the first heat cycle can help condition the surface.
Compatibility
These pans are compatible with most hob types including gas, electric, and induction. Ensure the diameter of the pan matches your hob's heating element for the most efficient energy use.
Care
To maximize the 5-year non-stick performance:
- Use only silicone, plastic, or wooden utensils to prevent scratching.
- Avoid using metal scouring pads or abrasive sponges.
- Let the pans cool completely before submerging them in cold water to prevent warping.
- While dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge is the best way to maintain the ceramic coating.
