The product information specifies the glass is microwave and freezer safe. It is not explicitly rated for standard oven temperatures.

Yes, the BPA-free lid is designed to be used in the microwave, but it is recommended to leave it unlocked or ajar when heating.
Yes, both the lid and the seal are manufactured using BPA-free materials for your safety.
The total capacity is 800ml, which is split between the two sections.
Wash the lid with warm soapy water and baking soda. Leaving the lid in direct sunlight for an hour can also help neutralize stubborn food smells.
Check that the silicone seal is pushed fully into the lid channel and that no food debris is blocking the locking tabs.
This may be due to hard water deposits; wipe the glass with a small amount of white vinegar to restore its clarity.
Inspect the silicone seal for any twists or gaps. Ensure the seal is dry and properly fitted before closing.
To ensure the longevity of your Freska container, always verify that the silicone seal is properly seated in the lid groove before closing the clips. When reheating in the microwave, it is recommended to leave the lid slightly ajar or removed to allow steam to escape. For cleaning, simply place the glass base and the lid in the dishwasher. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers on the glass to maintain its surface integrity. While the glass is durable, always inspect it for chips or cracks before heating to ensure safe operation.
