This Geomag Mechanics Gravity Motion Magnetic Gears set is designed for children aged 7 and up, offering a creative and educational building experience that combines magnetic forces with mechanical elements. Its key benefit lies in stimulating ingenuity and fine motor skills through interactive, motion-driven constructions. A potential consideration is the age recommendation, as younger children might require adult supervision due to small parts.
| Series | Mechanics Gravity Motion |

| Brand | Geomag |
Geomag Mechanics introduces mechanical elements like gears, levers, and rotating parts to the magnetic building system, allowing for kinetic and motion-based constructions beyond simple magnetic connections.
The recommended minimum age is 7 years. While younger children might enjoy it with adult supervision, the complexity of the mechanics and the small parts make it best suited for children aged 7 and up.
This set includes 160 pieces, comprising magnetic rods, steel spheres, and various mechanical components.
Yes, this set is part of the Geomag Mechanics line and is generally compatible with other Geomag Mechanics sets for expanded building capabilities.
The 'gravity' aspect refers to how gravity can initiate movement or influence the path of magnetic components. The 'motion' aspect comes from the integrated mechanical parts that rotate and interact, creating visible chain reactions.
Clean the pieces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using solvents or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the materials and magnets.
Ensure magnets are oriented correctly for attraction or repulsion. Check that all mechanical connections are secure and gears are meshing properly. Verify that the building surface is stable.
Clean the magnetic surfaces of any debris. Ensure you are using the correct magnetic rods and spheres for the intended connection points. Damaged pieces may need to be replaced.
Avoid prolonged exposure to strong external magnetic fields or heat, which can weaken neodymium magnets. Store pieces separately if possible when not in use.
Setup: Simply unpack the pieces and begin constructing following your imagination or the included guide. There is no electronic setup required; the motion is driven by the magnetic forces and the mechanical design of the pieces.
Compatibility: This set is part of the Geomag Mechanics platform and is designed to be compatible with other Geomag Mechanics sets, allowing for expanded building possibilities.
Care: To maintain the integrity of the magnets, keep them away from electronic devices such as computers, credit cards, and pacemakers. Clean the pieces with a soft, damp cloth if necessary; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Store the set in its original box or a similar container to prevent loss of pieces and to protect the magnets.
