What does '2 Ply' mean?

'2 Ply' indicates that each sheet of toilet paper is made of two layers, offering a balance of softness and strength.

Troubleshooting

Roll does not fit dispenser

Ensure the dispenser is a standard size. If the cardboard tube is too tight, gently compress it slightly or check for any obstructions in the dispenser.

Paper tears too easily

While designed for softness, the 2-ply construction offers good strength. If tearing is excessive, ensure the paper is not exposed to excessive moisture.

Packaging is difficult to open

Locate the designated easy-opening section on the packaging. If it seems sealed, use a gentle pulling motion along the perforated line.
