The small funny fruits of the Peter Pepper Penis Chili can be up to 7 cm long and 2.5 cm wide, have a sharpness level of six and are fully ripe after about 65 days, changing their color from green to yellow-orange to red during ripening. The chili plant grows rather bushy with a neat foliage, while the stem, leaf stalks and leaf veins are clearly hairy. Peter Pepper has its natural habitat in eastern Texas and Louisiana, but today it is also cultivated in Mexico.
