Product Information

Full details

The CC Moore Pro-Stim Liver Booster Powder is designed for dedicated carp anglers looking to increase the long-range attraction of their hookbaits and loose feed. By creating a highly soluble, crusty skin around your bait, it effectively releases signals that pull fish into your swim, even in cold water conditions; however, users should note that the powder requires a liquid binder to adhere properly to the bait surface.

FAQs

Can I use this with other bait ranges?

While it is profile-matched to the Pro-Stim Liver range, it can be used with any bait to add a highly soluble, crusty coating.

Will this dissolve in cold water?

Yes, the powder is designed specifically to be highly water-soluble, making it very effective during winter months.

Can I apply too much powder?

No, the product cannot be over-used. You can apply multiple layers for increased attraction.

How long should I let the bait dry?

For best results, let the bait air dry for 10-15 minutes after coating to ensure the 'crusty skin' sets properly.

Is this product PVA friendly?

Yes, it is perfectly safe to use with PVA bags and mesh systems.

Troubleshooting

Powder not sticking to boilies

Ensure the boilies are coated in a thin layer of liquid bait booster or water-based attractant before applying the powder.

Powder clumping inside the jar

Moisture has likely entered the container; ensure the lid is tightly sealed after every use and store in a dry environment.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Increases long-range attraction significantly
Highly effective in cold water temperatures
Cannot be over-applied to hookbaits
Complements the full Pro-Stim Liver bait system

Cons

Requires a separate liquid booster or food source to stick
Needs time to dry before casting
Must be stored carefully in dry conditions to prevent clumping

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To maximize effectiveness, ensure your bait is slightly tacky using a compatible liquid food. Sprinkle the powder into a small tub containing your boilies and shake until every surface is covered. For long-term storage, always keep the container sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as moisture can cause the powder to harden or lose its solubility. It is fully compatible with all CC Moore bait additives, specifically the Pro-Stim Liver and Hot Chorizo ranges.
