Troubleshooting

Candle does not turn on

Ensure that 3 fresh C batteries are installed correctly in the battery compartment. Check that the switch is in the 'on' position. If using the timer function, ensure the switch is set to the timer mode.

Timer function is not working

Verify that the candle is switched to the 'timer' setting. Ensure the batteries are fresh and correctly installed, as low battery power can affect timer performance. The timer operates on a 6-hour cycle, turning on automatically each evening.

Flickering effect seems inconsistent

This can sometimes be caused by low battery power. Try replacing the batteries with new ones. Ensure the candle is placed on a stable surface, as excessive vibration might affect the LED movement.

Candle is exposed to heavy rain

While designed to be weatherproof, avoid prolonged exposure to heavy downpours or submersion in water. If water enters the battery compartment, remove batteries immediately, dry the compartment thoroughly, and allow the candle to air dry before reinserting batteries.
