Troubleshooting
Paper appears thinner than standard brands
Bamboo fibers have different physical properties than wood pulp; adjust usage amounts slightly to account for the unique density of the material.
Excessive dust during unrolling
Ensure the roll is stored in a dry environment. Humidity can sometimes cause bamboo tissue to absorb moisture, which may impact the bond of the ply layers.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no complex setup required for this product; it is fully compatible with all standard toilet paper holders and bathroom dispensers. To maintain the integrity of the tissue, store the rolls in a cool, dry area away from direct moisture or humidity to prevent premature breakdown of the paper fibers. The product is fully compatible with all standard municipal sewer systems and common septic tanks due to its rapid breakdown rate. Keep the rolls in their original packaging until needed to ensure they remain clean and dust-free.
