The Yellow Door Dig & Discover set is designed for young paleontologists and sensory learners who enjoy tactile, imaginative play. These durable stone-resin dinosaur skeletons provide a rewarding challenge by allowing children to practice spatial reasoning and observational skills through excavation and assembly, though the set is limited to two specific species, which may require additional sets to build a larger collection.

Yes, they are made from a durable stone and resin mix that is designed for all-weather, outdoor play.
Absolutely. The bones are designed to leave clear, detailed impressions, making them excellent tools for exploring texture and shape.
This set includes two prehistoric skeletons: the deep-sea Pliosaur and the land-dwelling Stegosaurus.
A quick rinse under a tap with mild soap is sufficient. Avoid using abrasive sponges.
They are suitable for young children learning about paleontology, spatial awareness, and sensory play, typically ages 3 and up.
Soak the pieces in warm soapy water for 10 minutes, then scrub gently with a soft brush.
Encourage the child to lay the pieces flat on a table first to identify matching contours before attempting to bury them.
To begin, bury the skeleton pieces in a bin filled with clean play sand or damp soil. Ensure the children have access to small brushes or plastic scoops for safe excavation. Because the items are made of a durable stone mix, they are compatible with water-based sensory activities. After outdoor use, simply rinse the pieces with water and mild soap, then allow them to air dry. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the texture of the resin-stone finish.
