FAQs

Are the figures compatible with other M.A.S.K. vehicles?

Yes, these 2.75-inch figures are compatible with most standard-sized M.A.S.K. vehicles.

Is the Sat-Comm projectile functional?

It is designed as a display accessory for the Mobile Defense Unit rather than a high-velocity launcher.

Can the mask variants be removed from the figures?

Yes, the masks are designed to be interchangeable between the included characters.

Is assembly required?

The unit comes mostly assembled, though some small accessories may need to be attached to the figures upon unboxing.

What is the scale of the figures?

The figures are approximately 2.75 inches tall, consistent with the classic series scale.

How should I store the set to prevent damage?

Keep it in a climate-controlled environment, ideally away from direct sunlight and heavy dust, using the original display box or a glass display case.

Troubleshooting

Transformation panels feel stiff or resistant.

Do not force the parts; ensure all weapon compartment latches are fully disengaged before attempting to deploy armor panels.

Figure does not fit securely in the cockpit or base positions.

Ensure the figure's mask and gear are positioned correctly; sometimes the bulk of the mask interferes with the seat alignment.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High level of screen-accurate detail and paint application
Comprehensive character set included in one package
Authentic transformation mechanism reminiscent of the original toy line
Display-friendly packaging with vintage aesthetic
Includes rare accessories like the Sat-Comm projectile

Cons

Not intended for rough play due to intricate plastic parts
Limited-edition release may be difficult to replace if damaged
Smaller scale 2.75-inch figures require careful handling

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin, remove the unit and accessories carefully from the window display box. Do not force any mechanical hinges; if a piece feels stuck, check for hidden latches or alignment issues. This set is compatible with other 2.75-inch M.A.S.K. figures, allowing for expanded display possibilities. To maintain the condition of the paint and plastic, keep the unit away from direct sunlight, which can cause fading or plastic yellowing over time. Clean the surfaces using a soft, dry micro-fiber cloth; avoid using water or household cleaning chemicals, as these can damage the paint finish and decal applications.
