While the earrings are high-quality, they are gold-tone. If you have extreme sensitivity to base metals, consult a professional jeweler before prolonged wear.
No, it is recommended to remove your earrings before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent tarnishing and damage to the crystal settings.
The earrings are made of a durable, gold-tone metal alloy accented with genuine Swarovski crystals.
They have a substantial feel due to their 7 x 8 cm size. They are intended for occasional or formal use.
Please refer to the documentation included in your presentation box or contact the retailer for specific warranty coverage terms.
These are designed for adult fashion use and are not recommended for children due to their size and design.
Ensure the tension on the butterfly back is adjusted correctly or replace the back with a fresh, snug-fitting silicone or metal back.
Gently buff the surface of the crystals with a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove skin oils and cosmetic residue.
To ensure your earrings remain in pristine condition, handle them by the edges to avoid transferring oils from your skin to the crystals. For storage, always place them in the provided dust bag and presentation box, away from humidity. To clean, gently wipe the metal parts and crystals with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners, alcohol, or ultrasonic jewelry cleaners, as these may damage the gold-tone finish or loosen the crystal settings.
