FAQs

Is this necklace suitable for sensitive skin?

The piece is crafted from polished metal. If you have known metal sensitivities, we recommend monitoring your skin for reactions during the first few hours of wear.

Can I wear this in the shower?

No, it is not recommended to wear the necklace in the shower or during swimming as moisture and pool chemicals can damage the metal finish.

How do I store the necklace to prevent tangling?

Store the necklace flat or hang it on a dedicated jewelry stand to ensure the chain does not develop knots.

Can I adjust the length significantly?

The necklace includes an adjustable chain feature allowing you to modify the drop length to fit your preferred style.

What is the best way to clean the floral motif?

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe the floral motif clean of any lotions or perfumes. Avoid submerging the piece in water or liquid cleaners.

Troubleshooting

Clasp is difficult to operate

Ensure the lobster clasp spring mechanism is free of debris and gently clear any residue with a soft, dry cloth.

The chain is tangled

Lay the necklace flat on a soft surface and use a fine-tip needle or pin to gently loosen the knots without pulling on the metal links.

Metal has lost its shine

Gently polish the surface with a dedicated jewelry cleaning cloth. Do not use chemical abrasive cleaners on the polished metal.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your necklace remains in pristine condition, adjust the lobster clasp to the desired length on the chain before securing it. Compatibility is high, as the neutral beige tone complements both warm and cool-toned clothing. Regarding care, keep the piece away from water, swimming pools, and harsh chemicals to prevent oxidation of the metal. Always store the necklace individually in a soft pouch or the original branded box to prevent tangling with other jewelry items. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe away skin oils or makeup residue after each use.
