Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up the system, simply attach your badge or ID card holder to the reel’s attachment point. Ensure that the total weight of the card and holder does not exceed 20 grams to prevent premature wear on the internal spring mechanism. For care, keep the nylon cord free of debris to ensure smooth retraction. If the fabric lanyard becomes dirty, it can be hand-washed with mild soap and water; ensure the assembly is completely air-dried before re-attachment. Periodically check the safety release clasp to ensure it is clear of lint or dust to maintain its intended functionality.
