Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Identify a suitable installation area with a minimum height of 210 cm and a maximum of 320 cm.
- Assemble the telescopic poles.
- Position the poles vertically, ensuring the top pole is against the ceiling and the bottom pole is on the floor (or equivalent stable surfaces).
- Adjust the height of the poles to fit the space securely, engaging the locking mechanism.
- Attach the awning fabric to the roller mechanism.
- Use the hand crank to extend and retract the awning.
Compatibility:
This awning is designed to stand between a solid floor and a solid ceiling, or between two stable, flat surfaces. It is compatible with concrete, solid brick, and wood surfaces for pole placement. It is not designed for installation on soft ground or uneven surfaces.
Care:
- Clean the polyester canopy with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Allow the awning to dry completely before retracting to prevent mold or mildew.
- Retract the awning during strong winds, heavy rain, or snow to prevent damage.
- Periodically check the stability of the telescopic poles and tighten if necessary.
