FAQs

Is this suitable for children?
Yes, it can be used by children, though adult supervision is recommended to ensure stability.
Can I use this inside a small tent?
Yes, provided the tent has sufficient ceiling height and width to accommodate the chair and the user comfortably.
How do I store it long-term?
Clean and dry the chair thoroughly, then store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the plastic components.
Troubleshooting
The chair feels wobbly on uneven ground.
Clear a flat patch of soil or place a flat piece of wood or a plastic mat under the feet to create a stable base.
Folding mechanism is stiff.
Check for debris or dirt in the hinge joints and clean with a damp cloth; a small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the chair is straightforward: open the frame until the side supports click into place and verify the seat is level. The unit is compatible with most standard-size portable toilet waste bags. To maintain the chair, wipe the plastic seat down with an antibacterial spray or disinfectant wipe after every use. Ensure the frame is completely dry before folding it for storage to prevent any potential rust or mildew buildup. Periodically check that all hinge points are free of grit and debris to maintain smooth operation.
