Troubleshooting

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For optimal results, ensure the wall surface behind the panel is flat, dry, and free of dust or grease. When installing over existing tiles, verify that the tiles are securely bonded to the wall. Use recommended adhesives to fix the panel firmly to the substrate. For joints, utilize the matching colour sealants to maintain the waterproof integrity of the installation. For maintenance, use only a non-abrasive soft cloth with mild, soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or scouring pads, as these may damage the decorative finish and reduce the glass-like clarity over time.
