FAQs
What are the dimensions of the soap dispenser?
The soap dispenser measures 20cm in height, 7cm in width, and 9cm in depth.
Does the tumbler come with a lid?
No, the tumbler is an open-top design, ideal for holding toothbrushes or grooming tools.
Can I use the dispenser for thick lotions?
The pump is designed primarily for standard liquid hand soap; thicker lotions may cause the pump to clog.
Is the material waterproof?
Yes, the accessories are designed specifically for the bathroom environment and are resistant to water exposure.
How do I clean the interior of the dispenser?
Rinse the internal reservoir with warm soapy water and allow it to air dry completely before refilling.
Troubleshooting
Soap dispenser pump becomes sticky or jammed
Remove the pump mechanism and soak the straw and nozzle in warm water to dissolve dried soap buildup.
Surface buildup or water staining
Gently wipe the exterior with a mixture of water and a small amount of white vinegar, then buff dry with a soft cloth.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Sophisticated geometric petal aesthetic
- Coordinated set for a unified bathroom look
- Easy to clean surface materials
- Modern grey and white color scheme
Cons
- Includes only two items, limiting complete set expansion
- Specific dimensions require measured counter space
- Non-translucent material makes it hard to see remaining soap levels
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the Ravello collection requires no assembly; simply place the pieces on a level surface. To maintain the finish, wipe the items down with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive scouring pads that may scratch the geometric pattern. The set is compatible with most standard liquid soaps and bathroom sink configurations. When refilling the soap dispenser, ensure the pump is twisted securely to prevent leakage, and consider rinsing the pump mechanism with warm water if the soap thickens over time to ensure smooth operation.
