The plant may not be in flower at the time of dispatch, especially if it has been pruned. It is expected to bloom in the subsequent flowering season, typically from late spring through summer, provided it receives adequate care.

With proper care and encouragement through pruning, this rose bush can grow to a substantial size, typically reaching around 1 to 1.5 meters in height and width over time.

The gift wrap is for presentation upon arrival. For the health and growth of the plant, it should be planted in suitable soil or a large container shortly after receipt. The hessian gift wrap can be removed or kept as a decorative pot cover if drainage is ensured.

Information regarding specific warranty periods is not provided in the product description. It is recommended to check with the retailer for warranty details.

The plant may have dried out during transit. Water thoroughly at the base and place it in a shaded spot for a day before moving to its final location. Check soil moisture regularly.

This is normal if the plant was pruned between September and April. The plant is being encouraged to grow bushier. Flowers will appear in the next blooming season. Ensure proper care and feeding.

Yellowing leaves can indicate overwatering, underwatering, or nutrient deficiency. Check soil moisture and adjust watering. Consider applying a balanced fertilizer in spring.

Gently wash off aphids with water or use an insecticidal soap. Healthy plants are less susceptible; ensure good airflow and watering practices.
