This product is designed for general joinery and furniture; it is not specifically rated for food-safe applications.
While it is D3 water-resistant, it is intended for interior use where moisture contact is occasional rather than continuous exposure to rain.
While the bond develops rapidly, it is recommended to keep the clamps in place for at least 30 to 60 minutes for initial security.
No, this adhesive is specifically formulated for wood, MDF, and chipboard applications only.
Yes, once fully cured, the adhesive can be sanded and painted or varnished.
Ensure the room temperature is above 10°C; cold environments can significantly extend cure times.
This is typically caused by failing to wipe away excess glue with a damp cloth immediately after clamping.
The surfaces were likely not prepped properly (dusty or greasy) or clamped with insufficient pressure during the initial bonding phase.
To prepare your surfaces, ensure they are clean, dry, and free from oil or grease. Apply an even bead of glue to both mating surfaces to ensure full coverage. Assemble the joint immediately using firm hand pressure. If working with non-porous or larger components, apply clamps to hold the joint secure. Any squeeze-out must be wiped away instantly with a damp cloth, as the rapid setting time makes removal difficult once the adhesive dries. Store the container in a cool, dry place and ensure the cap is tightly sealed after every use to prevent the glue from thickening or curing inside the bottle.
