Troubleshooting
Chair feels unstable when unfolded
Ensure the folding hinge is fully extended and locked into its maximum upright position before sitting.
Surface dirt on the textile fabric
Use a soft brush and a mixture of water and mild dish soap to gently scrub the fabric, then rinse with clean water and air dry.
Resistance when folding or unfolding
Check the hinge pins for debris and apply a light silicone-based lubricant if the joints become stiff over time.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These chairs come fully assembled, requiring zero setup time out of the box. Simply unfold the frame until the locking mechanism secures the seat into position. To maintain the longevity of your set, avoid using abrasive cleaning pads or harsh chemicals on the metal frame; a mild soap and water solution is sufficient. The textile material should be wiped down periodically to prevent dust and pollen accumulation. While the materials are weather-resistant, it is highly recommended to store the chairs in a dry, covered area during prolonged rain or winter months to protect the integrity of the metal joints and ensure the fabric remains taut for years to come.
