The Pudaier Waterproof Gel Eyeliner in 03# Light Brown is designed for beauty enthusiasts and professionals seeking a reliable, long-wear eye product that balances precision with a natural, soft aesthetic. Its primary benefit is a smudge-proof, water-resistant formula that maintains its integrity in various environments, though users should note that the quick-setting nature of the gel requires a swift hand during application for seamless blending.

While the gel formula is highly durable, it is intended primarily for the lash line. Use caution if applying to the waterline to avoid irritation.
The long-wear formula is designed to last throughout the day without smudging or fading under normal conditions.
Yes, 03# Light Brown offers a subtle, soft definition that complements various skin tones, often looking more natural than harsh black liners.
Yes, the formula is generally safe for contact lens wearers, but ensure no product enters the eye during application.
It is not strictly necessary, but using an eyeshadow primer can help increase wear time if you have naturally oily eyelids.
Ensure the cap is screwed on tightly between uses; if the tip is dry, gently wipe it with a clean cloth to remove any buildup.
Use an oil-based makeup cleanser or makeup removing balm to effectively dissolve the waterproof formula.
To ensure the longevity of your liner, always close the cap tightly after every use to prevent the gel from drying out inside the container. It is compatible with all skin types, including sensitive eyes, though it is recommended to perform a patch test if you have specific product sensitivities. To remove the eyeliner, utilize an oil-based makeup remover or a dual-phase micellar water to gently break down the water-resistant polymers without scrubbing the eye area harshly.
