The Crossgear Vortex 40cm Underseat Backpack is designed for frequent travelers, digital nomads, and commuters who prioritize maximum organization and airline compliance. This backpack streamlines your journey by fitting perfectly under most aircraft seats while providing dedicated spaces for your tech and clothing; however, users should be aware that its 40cm frame limits the volume available for extended trips beyond a long weekend.

No, the USB system is a pass-through port. You must connect your own power bank to the internal cable for it to function.
The laptop compartment is designed for standard travel laptops. It is best suited for devices up to 15-16 inches; verify your specific model dimensions against the internal compartment size.
The bag is made from durable materials that provide basic protection against light rain, but it is not fully waterproof.
Use a damp cloth with mild soap for surface stains. Do not machine wash or dry clean.
Ensure your power bank is fully charged and securely connected to the internal USB cable before testing the external port.
Adjust the external compression straps to tighten the load, and utilize the internal clothing straps to prevent contents from shifting during movement.
To begin using the integrated USB port, place your own power bank inside the designated internal pocket and connect it to the provided cable. Once connected, your devices can be plugged into the external USB port located on the side of the bag. For care, it is recommended to spot clean the durable exterior fabric with a damp, lint-free cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submersing the bag, as this may damage the internal electronics and structural foam. Keep the bag in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the integrity of the padded compartments.
