The HOMCOM Under Sink Bathroom Cabinet is an ideal solution for homeowners and renters looking to maximize storage in compact bathrooms where pipework often creates unusable dead space. Its primary benefit is the intelligent U-shaped cutout design that fits seamlessly around existing sink pedestals, providing hidden storage for toiletries and cleaning supplies. However, users should note that assembly is required and it is important to measure your specific sink clearance before purchase to ensure a proper fit.

It is designed for most standard sinks with pedestals, but you must measure the width and depth of your sink plumbing area before purchasing.
It is designed for bathroom use, but it should not be exposed to direct water spray or standing water on the floor.
The interior features pre-drilled holes; simply remove the shelf pins and relocate them to the desired height level.
A standard Phillips-head screwdriver is typically sufficient for all assembly steps.
The back panel provides structural integrity and should be installed as instructed for safety and stability.
Adjust the tension screws on the hinge mounting plates until the doors hang level.
Ensure all cam locks and screws are fully tightened; if the floor is uneven, consider using small furniture leveling pads.
Check if the sink pedestal or drain pipe is obstructing the interior panel and adjust the unit position slightly.
To set up your cabinet, ensure you have a standard screwdriver and a clear floor space. Begin by assembling the frame and attaching the hinges according to the included manual. Before finalizing the position, verify that your sink's pipe configuration matches the U-shaped cutout dimensions. For care, wipe the cabinet down with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or water spots. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the finish. Because the cabinet is designed for a bathroom environment, it is good practice to ensure the room is adequately ventilated to prevent moisture build-up inside the wood panels.
